  1. Last year was ok Sean ,it was the year before that when we ripped it all up and ploughed in some beans ,it is the same field ,we was a bit late getting it in this time as contractors was late on bailing straw and it just did not rain when we needed it
  2. Two more pictures of me in action today sent to me by my youngest granddaughter aged 3 she took them with her mums phone from there lounge window as there new home overlooks some of my land
  3. Went out this morning and finished last years spraying putting astrokerb on the oilseed rape to take out grass weeds ,we planted 12 hectares of rape but only about 6 of that is good we will rip a bit of it up when spring gets here might be a bigger bit if pigeons attack what is there will replant with spring barley
  4. Teamed up with my mate Colin last Friday and spread about 500 ton of cattle muck that has been in a heap for about 8 years , well overgrown with weeds but would have made good compost in middle of the heap
  5. That's not a good start to the new year ,but as long as no person was hurt is the main thing
  6. have to us fingers to count up my money would be a pound short every week
  7. Yesterday I went to lift this manhole lid as I needed to feed this armour cable though some ducting , but I dropped it on my hand/finger and it b##### hurt , 32hours later it still b##### hurts . cant bend or move it .dr said badly bruised/squashed good start to the new year

We used to have problems with the foxhounds many years ago but since a local landowner at least 15years ago became master of the hunt things improved and we now let them back on are land , he always ring well in advance to see if we have anything that's happening on them days so he would avoid it and another call just before hand in case we had forgot they are coming
  9. It is a Farmhand ,this is two poor shots of the name plate on it and you can just make out Farmhand on it
