  1. Appreciate the comments my friend, I had a lot of fun making this in times past. Hope to put something new up here by the end of the year if time permits...stay tuned!
  2. Well this really changed quite a bit since I last saw it (when was that again? )...Really good stuff Mark, looks professional! Props to Mandy for the tools as well
  3. Many happy returns today Mark, hope you had a good day mate.
  4. Hey thanks Mark chap...i've been around, just a bit busier with the holiday season here and all. Hope to get back on more after all the hubbub passes over..
  5. Out in the other field, the Farm Owner ran the chopper through the last corn field: Finally, Gavin cut the grass around the field for the final time this year. There was not much left to cut, as the grass and weeds drastically stop growing when the first frost hits: The farm could have not chose a better day to finish up work in the fields: Hate to say it, but that's all for this week folks!
  6. It's been a while! FALL HARVEST With the beginning of November upon us, the farm took the past day to harvest up anything that was left in the field. As the fields are now done for the year, we drove out on the Loader and Skid Steer for the harvest. First, Denis and Garret harvested what was left of the pumpkins. Only 1/4 of a bucket was filled. These will most likely be used for pies: The other crop left in the field was Winter squash. Marky, Dave, and Denis filled up two overflowing buckets with what was left, a very good final harvest. We will cover the buckets for the night, and store the harvest in the barn the next working day:
  7. Nice effects-job well done!
  8. It's Sean's Birthday! H A P P Y B I R T H D A Y Sean! (I've heard that you've came leaps and bounds with your spelling class, we'll keep it nice and easy for you on your birthday though!) Seriously though, all the best birthday wishes mate!
  9. Excellent pictures of the show Mark, hope to make it over to one of the shows within the next few years.
  10. I can see a bit where he is coming from... Ertl has always been the number one brand over here which is very strange, forgive me avid Ertl collectors but it often seems like people buy the models just to support the company...I have bought many Ertl models that United States collectors rave about, and most of the time I was not impressed with the model in the least amount. Because of the collecting habits in the USA, RC2 will most likely have a strong foothold here for another few years possibly, but yes even here many people have stopped collecting them because they are just plain disappointed with their models. Don't get me wrong, they are one of the most durable replicas that money can buy these days which is what I think gives them the larger advantage over here, but they just aren't what they used to be in just about all of their other departments. \
  11. Impressive collection mate! Quick question- what is the tractor in the back left bottom shelf on image "25-04-08 5.jpg" ?
  12. Nice pictures Chris, tidy old combine you are using.
