  1. Do Britains not know there sheep from there cows!!. Hope here is more to come as nothing much interests me at the moment.
  2. The CLASSIC International looks like an old Ertl model, to me not exactly a Classic tractor/model.
  3. Not the sort of classic I had hoped for but maybe there will be others. The new JCB's look good though, something different.
  4. Any ideas on the new releases yet, this time last year we new as they where at Toytrac.
  5. Funny thing is the scraper tractor is the newest tractor on the farm. It replaced a Mf 550.
  6. Some fields are better than others, they have 3 silage sheds in total with one still full from last year so they are not desperate for silage unlike some others. They will probably harvest two to three cuts and some round bales too. They just decided to go for it whilst good weather was forecast.
  7. Silage 2018 is go at Larkton House Farm. My dad has also gained a new toy to play with too. Its a Krone centre pivot mower, 2013 vintage that has been very well looked after by its last owner. Its replaced the ageing Tarrup mower which will be kept for topping.
  8. Thanks for bringing my topic back out in the open. I had other topics with more pics but I cant find them so assume they were lost in the forum change over some time ago. Nothing has changed really regarding the tractors apart from the Mf550 went to pastures new and was replaced by a Newholland. The current tractor fleet is now MF 390, Mf 5445 x 2, Mf399 and New Holland TD5010. I have now renamed this topic Larkton Hose Farm Pictures and will put some more pics up as and when.
  9. Me also, I thought it was lonely on here
  10. I have one also, hard to think they were some of the first models made by Universal Hobbies.
  11. Can I wish everybody a happy new year and a superb 2013.
  12. Anybody know anything about these new releases?
  13. Looks well , I wouldnt like to meet it down a narrow country lane!!
  14. I think the Toy Fair at the NEC on Monday has been cancelled because of the bad weather etc.
  15. Is that a loader joystick in the cab?
  16. Just received an email from my supplier and there is to be Orange Valtra T Ltd Edition in dealer box, due out in time for Xmas apparently.
  17. Was there any news from Imber Models, I'm sure I read on here there may be an announcement of some kind.

    Malpas show

I live within walking distance of the show, go every year but this year I didn't go due to my dog being very poorly. It is a good show and well worth a visit.
  19. Very true, a nice mid sized plough etc
  20. Again it looks like another winner to me, well done Britains. Is this possibly a start of a whole new line for Britians, ie making models for the collector as in the past as we all know most of their products were aimed at children. To me most children wont know what these models are as they haven't grown up around them and therefore don't want to add one to the carpet farm as most tractors they may see out and about are mainly newer models. I hope they make a strong comeback as some of us older collectors first started collecting Britains when young and I for one believe it is them who made the model tractor world what it is today.
  21. For the first time in years I can say I will be definitely be having both of them two from Britains, A well deserved pat on the back.
  22. Right here are the rest, sorry they are a bit small but it was this size or nothing.
  23. If this works this should be a picture of the new Britains Chaser/grain trailer.
  24. I think the chaser trailer was previously an Ertl release, not the sort of thing you would see in britain.
