  2. Ben Knew you would be pleased with the 7480. Its a shame you wont be needing our excellent back up as she is so reliable. Can see a few Pughs finger prints on some of them tractors!!
  3. Not a huge difference, just depends what your planning
  4. Just had a look at mine and the Chassis's are different.
  5. Living near one of only 2 salt mines in the uk, we were called upon to lend a hand loading the wagons that were queing up for salt for the roads. Decided to take the Fendt 936 instead of the wagon in case the roads were slippy.
  6. Dont worry about it Tris, ive got plenty of bits of wire for that job.
  7. The cladding is corrugated cardboard that comes in a huge roll, i bought it on e bay. its the sort of stuff used in packaging parcels. Do a search on the internet for Bluestar Packaging Supplies, this is the shop i got it from.
  8. Just putting together my new tools for the workshop, thanks to Deere-est hope to start painting them tomorrow
  9. Thanks for all the comments people, my next project will be to make a Tractor dealer showroom and parts counter/stores. I will tag it along side the workshop i think, as long as i have got enough room.
  10. Managed to do a bit more to the new workshop, just needs painting and skylights finishing.
  11. Thanks for all the comments. I am going to put some skylights in, going to paint the cladding green and spray the sliding door silver. I am also going to put a small door in next to the main door so we dont have to keep opening the big door and leting all the heat out. I think i will look into getting some lights for this shed. Ive got the bug now and want to make another, will be sad when ive finished this one. :'(
  12. The bricks are from hobby craft. They are printed onto paper which is similar to wrapping paper. It comes in a roll.
  13. I have got the brushwood buildings but while these are great buildings, you cant beat building your own, you can make them look very realistic and can customize them to suit your layout.
  14. Managed to get a bit more done on the new workshop.
  15. Just started cladding it now, im going to do half way up in brick and the rest including the roof is going to be cladded. Going to make it so one half of the roof can be removed. Thats the plan anyway ! Will post more pictures as it progresses.
  16. I think it will fit through the loft hatch just about. After all my hard work i think i will widen the hatch rather than take the shed to pieces. ???
  17. I thought i would have a go at constructing my own sheds, making a start with a new workshop that is big enough to house some new wagons i have bought.
  18. Ziko, i notice in one of your pictures in the top left corner a real life piston, what are your plans with that ;D
  19. Thanks guys for all your tips, if it all holds together i will post some pictures of it when its finished.
  20. I want to construct a workshop , do you think wood glue is strong enough to hold all the sections together, i am using 5mm x 5mm square section pinewood. Has anyone got any tips on joining wood together. ???

  22. The parlour extension is good, its really big though hope you have room for expansion, the buildings are quite expensive but when you put them all together in a layout they look impressive.
  23. Probably between £400 and £500, hope the wife doesnt read this ! ;)
