Well last night when I went to take pics of my old coversions at my mates house I spotted a couple of Ertl 2294s there . I will see if he will part with one for me to convert .

Anyone know what kind of axle is on that one ?Ertl ?

I just want to paint in the black details on the cab really . I have fitted a siku linkage on the back .The ertl one was abit hefty for me . I will post up a shot of the back end .

I enjoy and welcome feedback of all kinds . Thats how we progress with everything isn't it ?

I can go as far as you like with these big Countys .Lights,beacons,aerials,mirrors etc etc . These were built before I knew much about converting and I built them for next to nothing . nowadays the costs are higher to start with and people may not want to pay so much .

I bought the front axle as a repro part and made the hubs myself on a lathe .

Thanks for that mate ,I am enjoying building them again now I have more time (Been busy moving house and stuff lately) .

I reckon I am gonna have a go at building one of them Masseys like that . It looks wicked ! I hope UDI doesn't hear me saying that though !
