    Not a cattle expert, but rump steak, sirloin steak, brisket and rib are my favorite cuts of meat, yum yum :P :P

    Great models mate, i know what you mean about prices, my county highlanders went for rubbish money, the 1174 with full kit only made £55, and i spent a good 25/30 hours on it, not worth the hassle, but like you say i enjoy making them. cheers

    very smart paul, i think a company called werner used to do those conversions in the 80's had some brochures years ago
