  1. Wow thanks for that link Joe, I've never seen such attention to detail and realism!
  2. Can you buy them? (Walker Parts or any sellers on here?) Or are there models I can cut them from? Thanks
  3. This chap needs to look at other "Ivor" Williams listing prices, I got mine for <£13! Http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BRITAINS-No-40710-IVOR-WILLIAMS-LIVESTOCK-TRAILER-MIB_W0QQitemZ310179751543QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_ToysGames_DiecastVehicles_DiecastVehicles_JN?hash=item4838276677
  4. Ah, thanks for clarifying that Ploughmaster
  5. Thank you for sharing these, I love following the 'real life' topics especially this one.
  6. Nice buys. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for the even more uncommon r&y bobs that have the original "Lely" decal (as noted elsewhere on the forum, probably factory leftovers from the old blue and red haybob)
  7. Nope I was shopping, and found neither tools nor models. Complete waste of time
  8. The day roaming around wading through thickets looking for a damn cat . And a car boot sale in between.
  9. Finding our cat isn't lost/dead, just a little thin after several days missing

Not enough power or mower in poor shape? I've been told to keep the revs down on this 784 or it overheats

International 784 was my steed on 12 April for some chain harrowing. This is my first really 'useful' stint of tractor driving, although unpaid, and more to come I hope.
  12. My own stupidity for believing that as soon as the cows were let out of the field they would all rush back into the barn, as they did last time when food was in the offing Oh well live and learn ...
  13. I think it's a shame Britains stopped using the little crystal lights, they were made for the TWs!
  14. Busy day I haven't had time to try it! The previous owner/converter has done a pretty commendable job with the paintbrush, which makes all the difference. The 7840 I bought at Toytrac (for considerably more I might add!) looks basic when placed alongside the TW35. I'd prefer no paint added at all to having a rushed, untidy finish. Yeah not sure why I went for Mrs Smallford, but now you mention it she would look good behind the wheel!

Somewhere to record machines I'm working with or snap on my travels. First up, this lovely JD 6630 which arrived to pull up thatch from our paddocks with a folding Browns harrow, 22 March.
