i thought the same so removed like you have, then had some back plates made up in resin so i can attach various buckets etc on the loader without the large gaurd/frame like on the pallet tines, just click on and off like the originals -

did I read you have some mounted vardersat cultivators? if so please can I see a picture of them, they sound interesting -
fair fleet gav, updated a lot from the article a few years back in classic tractor were I work part time runs the following tm165 with bomford 81-81 with front 2.8m offset big cut (stripe) topper tm150 with mid mounted herder 8.5 meter reach case mxm155 with bomford falcon 6.5t (machine I drive) newholland t7220 and big cut 2meter offset bank mower the two tm's mainly do environment agency work and the herder has a heavey duty 1.8 meter head that bashes down large hedges/bushes, the tm's have serious balace on them as they have to weight 8 tons min to go on the large drainage board jobs, you can still get the tm165 on 2 wheels side ways!!! im not doing much flailing now as mainly at the john deere dealership, not been the same since selling my flailing business

whats the 6230 like balance wise with the falcon6t on? I sold my spearhead 590 excel to a bloke who has a 6320 and he is having trouble with it been to heavey, he has had to fit front linkage to push the weights forward. Im now driving a bomford falcon 6.5t on a case 155mxm, great balance match for tractor flail, wouldn't fancy it on a 100hp tractor. what controls are you using, were on the ics, the top spec option, its a dream to operate.

crew cab pickup and a sumo trio would be good, a simba sl or sld to update the solo to keep with the times and a 5/6/7f plough

woke up this morning, mate txed me about a tractor in local plant sale on I buyer, sounded cheap, and it was, got it bought! looked like a IH 3434 air compressor and loader, after digging might be a whitlock, think it may have been a good day all round (apart from now when i told my fiancee ive bought another tractor)

ive taken a while to post here, i was the first person in the model world his family contacted yesterday, they asked me to post on here but i couldnt find words to tell people, thanks to dave for starting the thread. i was so shocked to here the news, phil was one of my dearest friends and im devistated as are all the people ive had to contact for the family and break the sad news to, thanks must go to axe man (paul) who has been a star ringing round phils friends for me, as i get more details from his family of the funeral etc i will post on here, i know dave and myself along with the ribble vally lads will be going to pay our last respects. feel free to contact me if you need any info etc or if you are in need of contacting his brother. its hard to think that when i was speaking to phil on sunday nite that would be the last conversaion we would ever have, thoughts go out to his family and all who knew him, sleep well phil, i will always remember you, love mike and jenny

well i travelled a 400 mile round trip 2day to visit the show, was very diapointed, take away the 4 or so main uk stockests and there wasnt much else, i was looking forward to an array of layouts and real vintage tractors etc by the adverts i had seen but my mate has more tractors in his vintage shed. Well done to those who did turn up and sell/display but roll on spalding for a proper show with international attendance etc. Please dont take this post as slating the show, im not i was just very disapointed to what had been lead to be on show.

have to disagree slightly muri, most farms round us have selfpropeled sprayers, mainly houseman then bateman, were i work have a few jd ones out also. i agree its about time the model world made a common make of self propeled sprayer.
