  1. Today two GAMA Deutz tractors came in, of which I would like some more information. It are two red versions of the Deutz D10006A, one with a cabin and one with a frame. Are these models sold in the US only? Can you say something about the product code on the boxes, which are "424" and "426". In what production numbers are these model produced? I heard these are rare, but what is rare in this case.... I hope I can get some more information, pictures are below.
  2. About 20 to 30 euro on the german Ebay. When you have a dutch version I'm interested
  3. Great looking brochures! Certainly a topic to follow. Good luck with creating a website for your brochures, I know how much work it is
  4. I will make you a scan of the Ford 7600E brochure, as far as I know they were only sold in the UK.
  5. Nice brochures, can you tell me some more about this great Ford TW brochure? In which country is it published, brochure code? I have never seen it before, that's why I'm asking. Regards, Ronald
  6. You have a big challenge to complete all those New Holland brochures as well. Always a pleasure to see them, keep them coming!
  7. I had troubles too, very slow and that's why I couldn't make some last second bids >
  8. What do you think of this one?! http://www.ebay.com/itm/110803673315?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%3A80%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_from%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dp5197.m570.l1313%26_nkw%3D110803673315%26_sacat%3DSee-All-Categories%26_fvi%3D1&_rdc=1
  9. Wil, first of all the best wishes for 2012! You found some unknown NH brochures, is this a typical german layout, single sheets?
  10. Every one good luck with bidding, this seems a one in a life time opportunity to buy these models in "as new" condition. What a beauties this are :of . Very curious where they end up finally..... (not with me for certain).
  11. I had a great weekend too, but the show wasn't as busy as the previous years I think. I came home with quite a few brochures thanks to Wil and some good hunting. Great to meet some of the FTF members over here. I have now an idea to what fools enthousiasts I'm talking. Reading the stories below I think you've got a great time over here and you complied with the prejudices I have about english people... serious, quiet, drinking soda..... ;) . I hope I will meet you again at Spalding next spring, because I have serious plans to visit that show.
  12. I also like the hand drawn brochures from the 50's and 60's. Ford has not many of these published, but there are a few. Jack already showed some nice ones, but the following two are my favourites in that category: BUT I have a weakness for the great big 8000 and 9000 tractors, so my overall favourite is this one:
  13. Is this stream of brochures never ending?! Maybe good to know that the TW brochure is also published in a version where the range is printed like "TW-35 TW-25 TW-15 TW-5", so in opposite direction. The last 2 brochures are rare and nice ones!
  14. I recognize your situation, when I started I bought several standard cheap brochures a week. Now I buy maybe one brochure a week, but my budget keeps the same :'( . When I buy code / language variations of relative new brochures (luckely I stop collecting with Ford NH middle 90's) I won't spend more than 5 euro per brochure. I will buy more older / rare items for more than 5 euro (of course). I don't see selling new brochures at high prices as a crime, because I'm convinced that it is your own decision to buy that new brochure or collect it at your local dealer.
  15. At first it is build by another company, Romeyn en van Zanten in Gorkum. Anyone more information?
  16. Maybe a silly question, but can you read dutch? I'm very happy with the article and the dutch guys are getting more famous day by day ;D
  17. This week I got a question from someone if I had information about the Ford 9500. I said I never heard about a 9500 and asked him if he meant the 6500 or 5095? But he was convinced that it was produced in Holland. It was introduced at the RAI (dutch tractor show) of 1968 and his uncle had worked with it. So I looked in the "Ford Trekkernieuws" (Dutch Ford Tractor News, 2 monthly magazine) of 1968 and yes there was an article about the FORD 9500 I never knew / saw this one :of :of . I'm still drooling by the fact that there must have been a brochure of this rare model, because it was introduced / showed at the RAI. Does anyone have this brochure or is it also published in the UK? Please let me (us) know. Here the article, sorry lads it is in dutch.
  18. Nice brochure you've got there, Mark and the story behind it. I didn't knew this brochure was that rare it looks rather standard to me. I find it difficult anyway to determine if a brochure is rare or not, except Ford of course. I see a lot of brochures coming by and I'm often thinking this looks rare but is it???
  19. As told earlier before I write down all prices of my brochures starting in 2005, so this is an easy question for me. The most I've paid for a brochure is about £100 for a E27N brochure with a Perkins P6 engine fitted published in Canada. I looked through my Excel sheet and calculated that the average Ford(son) / County cost me £8,50 over the last six years. That were a lot of brochures and not only standard ones... I didn't knew that till know (interesting topics Mark!!!!). I couldn't believe it was that low, but I recalculated it . Collection brochures is a hobby, but looking for bargains on Ebay is an even bigger hobby, I spend a lot of time searching on Ebay and with result I think . How much I want to pay for a brochure? When I follow my emotion it is unlimited "I want that brochure, I just want it!! > ", but most of the time my conscience wins . My limit is around £100 for a rare item in good condition. That happens luckily not very often, because it is and will be a hobby for me and I don't have an unlimited budget. To reduce my costs I'm also buying brochures and farm models to sell them again with a reasonable margin, everybody happy. Last but not least a tip of the day to save a lot of money (works for me): BE PATIENT. Most brochures come by more than once, just wait and take your chance.
