  2. that main roller was a bu66er to get through the britains gateways wasn't it :D the baler & the discs wern't that easy either \
  3. oh yeah also no reply from the organisers of yesterdays farming show in somerset as wanted to enter the 168
  4. front garden area down to haf scalping & soil where shrubs & bushes , & really narked with pulling weeds so decided yesterday to shovel all scalping out & level the soil , lay black polythene & recover with scalping, took most of the day but must have shoveled 4t of scalping so today my backs absolutely killing me , 5-6 years ago this wouldn't have been a problem but now it's not helped by the fact i have back problems now anyway > >
  5. so does sean tris i'll try to translate for the viewers \ MF bought out a range of combines. Britains decided to build the 1/32 equivelent combine & called it the 7200 , it wasn't till it was released they realised 7200 was the series / range designation not the model number .

nice picture mate , i like the deutz tractors i've always found them well balanced & weighted , suitable for most applications & it's always been a tractor with a big appitite for hard work well thats what i found of the DX tractors & by the ammount being used round here now other people are finding that out themselves . southern tractors are pushing deutz hard in this area (mid somerset), as years back the local massey dealer used to be deutz, then deutz started to fall off the ball & have had a bit of a vacant pressence for a few years but i have noticed many loyal brand users are changing to the other green, one near cannington was large JD user , but is now going deutz, & just the other day even with blue blood a fervant ford NH user has changed 3 of his tractors in for deutz the other 4 will also be changed for the other green when the time comes
  7. what another one ? :D :D :D
  8. welcome to FTF gordy sounds like a good operation you have ther , look forward to some pics of the real stuff as much as the small. we know 1/64 is the scale a lot of you collect over the pond & have had various US members posting their display , the majority of us UK & euroland collectors are 1/32 so will be great to see the machinery you've built for your scale
  9. i think there's a few of those trucks up near cirencester as well steve for the mushroom composting company , they haul straight in from fields andy barnes :D & even then he couldn't shut it down as it started to run on it's own engine oil :D think he's still got it at the back of his shed although i havent seen it out side for a few years now it went on a tour of the local village fate's as kept cropping up in the local papers
  10. ohh maybe it was black then was a fair time ago i was last in one 15 -20 years maybe i must admit
  11. oh yeah you also need a pair of white overalls that ferguson demonstrator drivers used to wear
  12. what a stunner ! well done cerin , looks a beauty, all present & correct i see, & as for that 1 penny, it has a ring of the famous toss of the coin that harry ferguson sold his part of the company to massey harris for now the fun really starts for you in trying to find ferguson implements to go with it ! plough first then trailer , then cultivator , then potato planter, then a potato spinner ,then a fingerbar mower , then the kale cutter rake then the leveling scraper, then a transport box , then a .................................
  13. why you little ........................................... ............................no thats enough i don't need to say any more you little is more than enough :D :D
  14. thanks steve think i'm going to look out for the later britains forks which were black rather than repaint the red ones but other than that it hasn't come out too bad just wait for fergo to post up the MF equivilent to the JCB 520 loadall now

yeah no big problem .......................................... is that because some other poor bu66er usually drives it :D
  17. because sooner or later some bright spark will comment that it looks too long to be a 14 so it must be a 16 , then after another look at the leaflet , they'll comment that actually that it's too long for either & that the massey is shorter with a boxy tinwork not rounded that the mudguards run back to the rear on the real machine, & that the centre mast should be black not yellow & the driver's flask should be the new stainless steel type not the old tartan glass cartidge as they smash too easily, & just because one of his socks is slightly blue not black, doesn't mean they're odd socks there are no 14k or 16k decals on the engine cover & that the door decals should be silver outline initials of MF not solid white like i have but i'm going to wait till i have some decals made but mandy when & if i ever get hold of her to make some for the 362 highway , the 30c industrial & this machine here , but as you can see i have yet to find a yellow that fits them all , the 362 is too mustard but looks ok , the 30c is far too bright but doesn't look too bad in the flesh, but really cant be arsed to re-spray it & the forlkift was already yellow other than that sean i'm pretty happy with it , so i'm just going to sit here now & wait for everyone else do one & actually make it look like the real machine now :D :D but i supose what i should of actually done is just give the old sanderson a really good clean & posted it up in your collection as they are very rarely posted anywhere except when a hashed up swather unit is being built rather unsuccessfully as the first pic always shows a sanderson forklift without a mast , no wheels & a header from an MF 760 with the caption , that always says going to build a swather but then we never really hear of it again untill powerstar digs it up 3 years later & asks if there's any progress on it ? also waiting to be told that because it's a forklift & not a tractor it's actually on the wrong board

aaawwww tractors & combines & even a new toy & seemed to be missing them all , sorry i'm late gav , but you know how it is apart from your 6920 you lot seem to run the kit for a fair age , i mean the combines on an L plate if i'm not mistaken , it's good to see it's looked after , most would be replaced by now ! have to say i have never used autopower so have no idea how it compares to the auto4/ pwrquad/4shift/ autoquad4/ shift4quadpowermovestopgoback that i'm used to , but i have to say the 6910 looks better than the newer 20series as the grill reminds me of bender the robot from futuarama \ is the 6910 fitted with TLS gav ?
  19. some stunning pics there tris , but expect nothing else from you lately ! combines in good condition & still turning in a good days work. kabota ? got a dairy farmer round weston that traded his deere's in for a couple , farmers chuffed as nuts , unlike the tractor drivers :D
