  2. so then paul what have you got lined up for it on the carpet farm ? mine will probably end up with a bit of mowing ,sprayer & trailer work , mind you it would look good with a mounted Vicon fert spreader :)

  10. nice to see something a bit different , very rarely see them about now although having said that they're usually found on smaller farms in varying condition . nice work greame
  11. good going tris , cant wait to see it coupled to the trailer when i'ts finished , see what you mean about the two cab parts not quite lining up for the recesses, but the two colours work well together :) oh yeah i'll post those JD pics up later as well mate
  12. to a degree they were mate, the biggest differences in being, model they were going to be fitted , as the 550 had the transmission running through the cab , as opposed to as good as flatish floor in the 590 driven a few 575's with different wheel sizes, most with 32"rims fitted but apparently most dairy farms just bought what was stocked , where as the arable farms usually went into the spec sheet a bit more carefully wasn't convinced with the 4020axle at first mark , but am coming round to it all coming together nicely :)

  15. i use cassette cases but have also used a clear lamination sheet ,very thin & flexible
  16. all good stuff paul , got me a gee'd up to get parts to build me a 675 now , roll on spalding parts bins

  19. nice looking tractor & trailer pic mart , but please move the numberplate to the bottom of the grill get some new doors for the 698 & get it done up mate
