  1. Best part of the day! There is no king in silage making. The rake cant rake without the mower. The forager can't pick up efficiently without a rake or trailers. The trailers can't be filled up without the forager. The silage can't be consolidated without the clamp man. Silage is only successful if the whole team work together and everyone in the team has to have consideration for the other people working on the job. A tractor and trailer cannot turn as tightly as a forager and the rake cannot have every row perfectly straight and trailer drivers should never dump before the last load is up and rolled. If you can get to the clamp that quick they will manage without you in the field for a extra 5 minutes. But nowadays foragers has amazing outputs so a contractor that really worries about quality will run a second tractor on the clamp to roll.
  2. The Green trailers also have a sloped back, you just cannot see it because of the sheet of metal on the side of the rear hydraulic tail gate.
  3. Nice. It looks more than detailed to have on a shelf or take to a show but robust enough to have a quick push about with
  4. Simply stunning. Was it not in the clasic tractors t'other day? If so, my dad MAY be purchasing one but its a tidy sum of £1,242 to part with (seriously, round it up to £1250 ) So it's that beauty or a Ktm 250. I knwo my father and it so won't be the bike
  5. Agricultral law is getting silly now. Its just one step closer to wiping out british farmers. 50k tractors now are generally fitted with air suspension so I dont know if that changes anything. BUT.....to drive a tractor at 50k will require a HGV license (law is still not agreed yet) and then if you are driving on a HGV licence it is not classed as a agricultral vehicle (classed as a industrial vehicle) so there for, it would be illegal to run your tractor on red diseal. Boy, the govermet like to make it tricky!
  6. I'd like to see some chain harrows Something different. Also a nice 30ft bale or grain trailer on a dolly I would also love it if UH went into the Shed sector because if they were anything like there tractors, they'd be a instant hit!
  7. Well, if you hadn't guessed, I purchased these two beauty's at the grassland for a bargin price of £50 for the two. I'm a well know buyer at Vaughn Agri. Probably could've bought a tidy second hand real one Anyway, here they are!
  8. Looks awesome. I love the large tyres but personally i think that the front lighting panel slopes inwards back towards the cab too much. Still looks brilliant!
  9. Hi, I'm a newbie but, were did you get your materials from because I'm trying valiantly to make my farm more realistic but i just cant seem to get it.
