  1. Got you Joe, I read your post as you would need to do, rather than you had done 👍
  2. Hi Joe, Your Claas decals on your van are correct, don't change them. Green strips at back on both sides just like you have. 😉
  3. I do indeed work with Claas Rob, or more accurately Sellars Agriculture Ltd. our main franchises being Claas and Lemken machinery amongst many others. I'm sure you will meet our salesman when there, another Brian
  4. Wish you all the best in your new job Rob. Eric is one of our customers and has some real nice kit .
  5. I may be getting on a bit, but not old enough to be playing bingo yet!!!!!!
  6. Unfortunately, there are some losers (I'll be nice) out there that try it on. Weird thing is they think they are being really clever and no way will anyone suspect anything!!!!!
  7. Sorry to hear the sad news Bill, you can always remember the good times as you wanted to, I think a memorial shield is a great idea. My thoughts are with you Bill, wishing you all the very best over this sad period.
  8. My lovely wife and son got me these for Xmas Okay, there was a fair bit of hinting/naming which ones etc etc by me
  9. I will be adding one of these to my collection for sure, but can't help thinking they have stuffed this one up as well. The cab proportions look all wrong to me, the height between the wing/bonnet level and the roof is too big. The low height of the cab was this tractors biggest failing when they were launched and was never really sorted out until they went to the new cab on the MX series.
  10. 20th Sept 2005 for me. Just looked on to view peoples collections and conversions I've met lots of very friendly people via the forum and still enjoy seeing new conversions and farm layouts
  11. Yeah, I should have one to suit, some of the hitches are slightly different where they go into the chassis from memory, or maybee its just the front hitches that are like that.
  12. I'm sure I could sort you out with one Dode, give me a chance to have a look. What model tractor is it for?
  13. That'll be another John Deere for my collection then :)

    The Snow Topic

Was a good inch of snow here last night Bill, disappearing fast today though
  15. The mower does fit the B250 and does look very nice together. I have that pairing in my collection.
  16. And I'll maybe get the chance to take you up on the offer next year Brian!! :)
  17. Clinterty college engineering are moving and merging with Aberdeen college at Tullos, not Craibstone, farm students may be going to there though. Thats what I was told from one of the lecturers anyway. The buildings have been taken on by another independant training company.
  18. You just never know Bill, he my even have been a mission for some certain people!!
  19. Hi Fred, Like the conversion you are doing One thing though, the tractor you are trying to re-create would not have the transmission hump between the drivers legs. This cab was commonly known at the International dealers as the "flat deck" cab because it has a flat floor from door to door. Looking forward to the finished article.
  20. Mr Softie is just visiting tomorrow, not selling ice cream. I have arranged to meet up with him there
  21. I'll be having a look at the pictures for sure Bill, well done on getting first prize, just shows your attention to detail in storing and transporting these machines pays off. Brian Gray from Methlick is no relation of mine at all, although I do know him, he is an electrician and we had a few jobs done by him when we stayed in Methlick. I did think if we were back from Aviemore in time that we would stop in past for a look, but we were not back to Oldmeldrum until half past four. Have the day off tomorrow for Turriff show, hope the weather holds out!!
