Managed to get some pictures uploaded today so thought I'd update this.
First a picture of the back, as requested by Mark & Tris
And the spring for the drawbar to reduce confusion
If anyone wants anymore pictures I will try to get some. Nono of it loaded up yet due to the weather.
-
May also be a bit clearer in this picture
-
Your right about the spring Tris. It was going to be like their silage trailers with a sring each side of the drawbar but for some reason it didnt.
Photos of the back should be no trouble but might be a while uploading. Will also get some other pictures when it gets put to work.

Another purchase by the farm, this shiney new trailer

Another small update. Webcox have made 3 new bale trailers this summer. One is a 30 foot trailer that will be avalibe for hire, one was a 28 foot trailer made for a local farmer and the final was another 28 foot model that was completed yesterday for W. Gough Farms LTD and it is this model I have some pictures of.

on ebay a few years ago there was a ford 3000 for sale and it had a story with it, it was sitting at the top of a yard getting something done to the engine when the lad came out in the morning it was gone he thought somebody had stolen it and there was no insurance so he just had accept that it was gone but some years later they were draining the slurry pit and there was the 3000 sitting there at the bottom of the pit it had rolled away down the year at night time. ;)
Going off topic a bit but was that featured in classic tractor once showing the perils of buying without seeing first?

First heard this on Friday on Radio 1 so I decied to watch the whole video

David, the front mounted attachment on the little grey fergie is a game flusher, designed to drive rabbits and pheasants and such alike away from the mower.
As for the rest of the topic:great pictures as always and well done for good coverage of the event.

Went to B&Q to get some stone effect spray paint for my new dispaly and got it home just before the can exploded. Just rested it on a wall quickly as i got something out of one of the tractors and as i walk away i here a bang. I look round and see the paint spraying out of the can in all directions. On the plus side some of the wall now has a different colour.

2 hour statistics exam this morning, 50 minute german exam in the afternoon and then back home to help dig out and prepare our old tedder before hooking on the mower to hopefully cut about 15 acres for hay tomorrow.
-
Finished exams & school today, just in time to start some haymaking in the lovely sun.

whats the score with the flag on the bonnet then??? not seen one in real life like that, but did see that adams farm on country file has one? looks quite nice so may get that one at least
I think i read somewhere that it was done first to celebrate the royal wedding but it is now a factory fitted option for all T6000 or T7 short wheelbase tractors. Having a look around the web now to see if there is any more info about it.

My feeling exactly Paul, but i guess in the case of the BigX 1100,Krone probably wanted the maize header because it's the biggest out there at 14 rows at 10.50 meters,
Regards
Joe.
Also, judging by the pictures the maize header is detachable so it probably wont be too hard to make or convert a grass header to fit it (I hope)
