  1. Yeah that's what i was thinking, seems a sensible reason really seeing as almost everything on it is still original and it's been around for 20 years now ... but anyway, thanks for the reply i'll definitely take it into account for sure now
  2. Hi Guys! I'm in need of a bit of help. Recently i have been hearing a strange noise from the rear axle of my tractor when braking, it's hard to explain what it sounds like but the closest thing i can think of for comparison is the noise the hydraulic pump makes on a New Holland TM155 when you are tipping up a trailer, suddenly to find you have ran out of oil half way through tipping ... understand? ha ha!. Also, it only makes the noise when I'm close to stopping and i have seriously noticed a difference in braking performance since this all began - it takes a lot more effort to stop the tractor. I'm sorry that i can't explain the noise very well but i really hope that someone on here is able to help me, if not then I'm going to have to call the local the dealer in to have a look at it which will be a bummer seeing as I'm a bit short on cash at the moment \ Anyway thanks for your time Cameron
  3. And the last picture is of me standing next to 'The Beast!'
  4. Hi everyone! Here are a few pics of my first attempt at ploughing. I think i was doing everything right but I'm sure that all you expert ploughing people out there will easily pick out something i have done wrong!
