I think the key to this is organising in plenty of time so we can explore all possible avenues. Whether its a two day trip split by a night on the ferry, or accomodation in Zwolle itself, also needs to be ironed out.

I know we are more than a year away from this but in order for best prices / deals, it would be good to have a registration of interest to take forward in enquiries. I will speak to the LCN in November as they arrange similar trips for their members for the Spalding and Chatres shows

A quick one to put you out of your misery Nigel

Good to see a few of you again yesterday. If anyone catches the strain of man flu I had, I apologise in advance! I don't normally sound like an over excited doormouse by the way! It was a very good show, I think most people went home with at least one bag full of models. Some, many more! The FTF stand was quite busy for most of the day. Nice comments recieved on the models on our display. Thanks to those of you who donated for the day. The Britains IH tractors were very popular, as well as the Denzil Skinner Crawler we were showing. Unfortunately Britains did not live up to their deadline r.e. the County. so we are now dealing with that. Model Farmer was also well recieved so all in all, it was a rewarding day.

Been down to Springfields to start setting up the stand. Its a sell out again and with the pending bad weather, I imagine it is going to be packed on Sunday.

I'l be out in the evening for sure. As its the october show, I dont think too many FTF'ers will be about, but those that are, are welcome to join us all for some drinks and food.

I guess this model can now go in the Siku topic being only a couple of weeks away. This is now confirmed as the final version with various new bits of detail added, including fully decked out interior. Managed to get my hands on one for the photographs and it does look nice with those extra details. Available at the Spalding Show.
