FTF is 46 and 47

I have recieved word from the horses mouth on this. There are two new trailers in development with final specs to be sorted out for early 2011, but pricing is completely incorrect. Pricing will be in line with the rest of the Britains range.

That was a key observation I think Tim. Even though Britains scored quite low on their ratings for 2009, it seems collectors are patient to see what they will release in 2010. ROS however seemed to attract a more postive trend of collectors going out and intending to buy more of these models this year.

I am pleased to present the results of this survey. You can download them as a pdf attached to this post. Of the questions which asked you to name particular models etc.. I have presented the 3 most popular choices. There was a huge amount of spread in these answers with the average selection having less than 1% of the overal majority. Finally got round to finishing off the results of this. I shall publish them later today hopefully! Not impressed with a few "very immature and non constructive" responses which is one of the reasons its taken me so long to process the data for this.

I had a lovely morning walking round the Cheffins sale today. Was extremely busy as usual with some excellent models on display. I will post the full topic later on (once everything has been resized!) but here are a few previews

Well I am heading back from university in Loughborough to Spalding this morning so hope to get a few images on the way back. Its usually good for plenty of farming activity so hopefully it will not disappoint this morning!

Fortunately no, I got quite a good deal on it I hope! Nikon are doing cashback offers on their new equipment too at the moment which is helpful!

I dont think so Mark. I read a review saying even those useless at photography can take a good pic with this camera. I think im towards that end of the scale at the moment! It was in Auto mode too so little adjustments on my part. Tripod is certainly somemthing I will get soon. These were taken supported on a bench. Those held just by me were much worse!

Well since I have finally got my new camera, I thought it would be a great excuse to start a new topic. I have been slowly becoming fonder of photography and intend to get a lot of use out of my new equipment. I will try and cover a variety of topics, ranging from farming to simple scenic and naturistic themes Hopefully you will see a visible improvement as I become more experienced with the camera as I would class myself as a complele novice at the moment! Anyway, camera arrived yesterday - 20th April 2010. So I thought I would head down the lane to the River Soar and take its first few snaps!

Picked up the new camera today. Have been playing around with it this evening and very pleased! Its a nikon D90.
