I had the same problem too Mandy with the FTF Websites. I'm not sure if its an autodetect system or whether someone reported it manually. Since FTF is fully HTTPS compatible with no previous problems, I would not think it would be the former \

A topic for images of the Spalding Show to make it easier to navigate around. I took a few of the FTF display just to start the topic off! Mark or I will upload the main images a bit later, but if anyone else has any, feel free to post in this topic.

Managed to get down to Snetterton Park yesterday for a quick walk around. For anyone who has been in the past, you will know the model shop on site was pretty big, stocking almost every model you could imagine! Well, as part of a 5m redevelopment on the whole site, they have also expanded the model shop further making it enormous! The farm and construction section has to be seen to be believed! They plan to construct lots of railway layouts and aircraft displays which is also encouraging. I will make some enquiries to see if we can get an FTF display in there! I thoroughly recommend a visit to this place if you get a chance. You will not be disappointed!

Hi Everyone, As has been mentioned in main Spalding Topic, there will be a gathering in the pub next to the travel lodge on Saturday evening. I will be visiting the pub on Friday to prewarn them of the numbers likely to be in attendance, so if those who plan to attend at some point on Saturday evening could let me know in this topic, it will give me an approx number to take with me on Friday. We will probably get the corner plot reserved for us Rather that set a particular time, I will inform the pub to expect a flow of visitors from 7pm onwards...

I hope so. I think it really units that "club community" feel to FTF. I have some good contacts with the Gaydon car plants too if that interests anyone! Could possibly get a tour of Perkins Engines at Pboro and their Desford site.

I would not have thought so. Most of the items have been on there over 2 years so I expect most has just sold and they have only just updated the website. I thought it was more off a collection website anyway rather than dedicated dealers.

Echo Tris's comments. Its something we have been wanting to do for some time. If we get enough interest in the event here, we will certainly look at other areas. I was contacted a while ago about sending in some info on FTF and its history plus a few bits and bobs on new stuff this year! Didn't realise we are featured in this issue!
