  1. I have got to make a stone trap guard by the looks of things it looks a bit open at the front.
  2. Made this up out of an old country life set. I didn't need an acre eating combine and was struggling to find something from the late 80's early 90's so I painted this up made a header trailer and done a bit of work indoors in the cab and made it so that the header goes on and off. Struggling with some decals at the moment, I think it is a dominator 96 but i'm not quite sure \ I have straightened up the flashing orange beacon since i took the photo's it must have got caught on a low bough. :)

  5. Will the spring barley being going for malting if the samples good enough. Hardly any barley grown down here in Kent, the straws nearly worth as much as the corn. I miss the winter barley always use to see the combines out early in the year doing that. Glad you are enjoying your new job.
  6. Went out pigeon roost shooting with my Dad who is 75 and loves it and has been doing it all his life, got 9 altogether. Dad said he's cutting the breast meat off of them and frying them with onions eats better than steak he reckons.
  7. That's the recommended speed for drilling these days 7-8mph. Looks like you are making a nice job Gavin. You may hae said earlier mate but what was you putting in and are you working tommorrow?

  12. you have bought wisely there they are very nice i had a major when i started collecting but sadly long gone only memorys now sadly lost the farm were i grew up had power majors with lambourn cabs on so hold a soft spot for them

  15. thanks mike and garrett it is one piece mike you will soon get that bland piece of pipe looking great garrett i am sure you will lay another bench mark garrett, i have never seen a forage deck like gavins soo when linked up to your silo i am sure it will look great ;D
  16. many thanks for your comments and interest :) i dont know about the daddy of buildings bit marky there are a lot of good model building makers on here but you get out with that camera fella that baccie takes some beating you must of had some bad stuff :)

  20. I know its not a building made this tower silo up for Erik in Denmark. I know that some of you have made these before and that Garrett is making one at the moment. Ratholderen asked me to make this quite a few months ago and this is my take on it. Just thought I would post some pics on it.
