  1. i just took it appart and cut out the shape. i only cut it on 3 sides and a little bit at each corner on the top side as the window has a camber. there is about 1cm where it is still attached. if i dont move it too much it will stay where it is. though, with a bit of wiggling, it would come off and require to be glued on. bean.
  2. i was bored today so i got out the can opener and went to work on my 6920. bean
  3. personally i think, after tractors (of course), pisten bullies are the coolest machines that I've seen. the way the climb the slopes effortlessly and they have a range of attachments which are extremely dexterous! don't think they make many of the attachments. yet to see a half pipe cutter. always thought driving one would be a great summer job!! (kiddin) could be in new zealand i suppose. boarding during the day n bash the pistes into shape at night! bean
  4. cheers. ill need to find out how the german guy on http://www.trino.de/ does it. he has a large trailer that tips and working fron hitch. bean.
  5. what comes as standard on the remote control models? does the front hitch move? are flashing beacons included? is there one with a working front loader? on the trino website there is one with a working 3-point front hitch. is that a DIY conversion or are the models available like that? if it is DIY it must be so hard to make it work!! cheers, bean.
  6. nice one! Q; (in the real world) is the Hp pf the chopper not a bit OTT for 3 mowers, which a smaller tractor could pull? would it not just use up more fuel? bean
  7. hi, looking for some help in taking my JD 3350 appart. 1st problem is that the front wheels are not on an axle. so are there wheels that can be 'clipped' onto the front without replacing the front section as ones from an axle don't fit? (from tim jd 6520) 2nd. how do you take appart a model that has these funny pins rather than screws holding it together? is it just a case of drilling them out and where can i get more when it comes to putting the model back together? (and is there a special tool needed?) 3rd. the rear arches don't seem to accept larger wheels, (tim ones from a jd 6520) so is it risky to try and raise the arches? thanks, bean. p.s. ill be back with questions on adding front links and weights.
