CX820Joe
Are there big waiting times on Combines too? Was reading in FW today and a Lexion 600 Terra Trac will set you back the modest sum of £400,

Jez
Are there big waiting times on Combines too? Was reading in FW today and a Lexion 600 Terra Trac will set you back the modest sum of £400,300 Combiens normally roll one year purchase, next year deliver. If you order a combine and expect it to arrive for harvest you are mad...... That is about right i expectjoe but you really need to calculate the cost per HA and how many HA you can do in a day or week... or cost per tonne.... The out right cost would frighten you. CX820Joe
So is there a way of calculating what model would be recommended, for example - if you grow 1000 acres cereals then you should have a JD W540? Can move this tangent somewhere else as its not related to original topic if anyone would rather?
