Maps all the way, excercise the mind and prove the missus wrong everytime you turn up exactly where you wanted to having planned the route So, meal, beer, tables.. .. what's going on? jdc
After seeing all of this, i am not sure if i should bring the wife along I don't think it's a good idea to have the wife along when you are looking at models and spending money. Leakeyvale
I don't think it's a good idea to have the wife along when you are looking at models and spending money. Depends on the wife, John. I usually was the one spending money when I was taken round the model stalls/shops and not for Leakey Vale either. It was EARLY Birthday or Christmas prezzies more often than not. jdc
no TT then this time round john? or are you sending her to the nearby shops mate :D She'll be at the shops and the show, but she tends to push me into buying things I'm only thinking about. Leakeyvale
She'll be at the shops and the show, but she tends to push me into buying things I'm only thinking about. Sounds familiar! An impulse buy for me is something I have been thinking about for less than 6 months.

Leakeyvale
I am really going just to see what everyone has been raving about! Seriously - I am also going to both collect and deliver models. If I see something that interests me I shall buy it but my interest is in older models (older as in the tractor not the model) rather than modern
