The knuckle boom started out identical to the red one in the picture below. I lengthened the main, the stick and the extension to give it far more reach. I was aiming for a Hiab 335K as far as look and reach. I've got another couple of projects on the go...I'll post up when they get to the point that they're worth sharing. There are a few of these types over here, but the majority are the fold up type behind the cab same as over there. Types like the one above are usual seen on utility pole deliver rigs or foundation form panel rigs. Or in this case, tractor dealer delivery rigs.
