I have a set of wheels for the LCN fastrac that are spare, so changing the ones on the older, basic model, and possibly dualing it up \ \
The screw that holds the wheels on at the front are some kind of self-tapper type, not the pin type on newer models. Has anyone got any idea where you can get spares?
I've tried local shops, even Mackays in Cambridge which is the place to go!!. The guy there said it may be better to fill the holes with some kind of epoxy resin and redrill them with new screws?. i was surprised Mackays didnt have them, he tried everything! >
has anyone got any other ideas on what to do or know where to get the longer screws? \ \ \
i was thinking about cutting brass rod and gluing it instead?? \ \
PDC, any chance you can get some from your supplier?? \, or know a reference so i can order some?
