Massey Boy
Great pictures you have made. What is the small tank at the front for? Texas Thanks Texas I think it might just be used as a weight but i am not sure \ blimey cerin whos running that then?? thats a big bit of kit for down this way ,first i have seen to ,only ever see trailed ones arround here Yep is quite big, its whites they do about 1400 acres of spuds they used to have a sf 160-70 but this replased it. There are one or two selfpropelleds around but not as big as this nice pictures cerin, she is the ticket beats that oul kv we were using at college Cheers Stuarty Rarley see kv ones round here anymore, only a few years ago they were the bee's nee's! nice find there cerin , what was hauling to & from to keep up with that ? Thanks Marcus Was talking to the driver its no faster than a trailered one! But i was there again yesterday and they had a trailered harvester going aswell, there were 4 flat beds in the feild what were carted to the gate way and the crates were loaded onto lorrys. Its about 1 hour 50 minute round trip for the 2 lorrys they had going thats including being loaded and unloaded. Very nice update Cerin, excellent photographs of a very impressive looking machine. Thanks David Its sure is
Gav836
I think you'll find that the white tank is used for holding water that is sprayed on in the lifting share/web area to suppress dust for better visibility, could be wrong though

The Tractor Twitcher
Brilliant update Cerin, some cracking photographs you've taken of some mighty fine equipment, really like the photograph of the John Deeres on potato harvesting coming up the hill with the lovely green backdrop, great stuff mate.
