B O R
thanks Mark, that brochure was the one ive been working off and its hard to define the colours,i can now touch it up silver as it would probably match the wheel colour as they are silver..............................wheels are of a fendt baler........the 630 in the brochure pic is fitted with the 1.65 meter pick up and this model 630 ive built ive fitted the wider 1.90metre pick up as it looks a lot better........ B O R
ive been working on a new model and ive painted 2 of them 2 day,i wanted 4 ready together for reasons you will later see....i think it is one of the most tricky ive built as during forager builds there are things that can make each model very complex like the shape of the pick up,and the chute sometimes has to be hand made for each model, the models ive been building now have probably take in the region of 4 full working days each and ill still have assemble them.......pickup reels like the class 75,taarup602,10x and my present builds all have steel fingers to comb the crop and these can take a long time to make, bend and solder...below shows the brass bend and soldered and shaped,i done four of these together and the rest of the pickup just got more confusing as i went along so this will be a very special build with a lot of complex work involved, ill be keeping one of them and the other 2 are ordered so there is one spare for my show at weekend, ill get the pictures up as soon as its done

B O R
this is my new forager.ive built 4 of them,a 719 and 819 in red and a 719 and 819 in yellow.unfortunately im awaiting parts for the red models but here are the yellow versions...These were a nightmare to build and even after all my forager builds would consider these as one of the most difficult. They were extremely hard to work out and many of the parts were painstakingly made by hand as theres nothing available to use of donors.the pick up especially was time consuming and each one of these models takes around 25 hours to build from start to finish. B O R
i first bought a 719 and 819 brochure on ebay for reference....the yellow 719 and 819 ive built with the opotional chute extensions which includes the big a frame at front for support, the 2 red versions were ordered without this option
B O R
this is the 2x red models awaiting completion, both these are ordered by a customer and im keeping the yellow 819,so there is a yellow 719 available to buy,i think it would be the ultimate companion for the UH FORD 7810
B O R
i will be adding the 819 to my forager collection but also to be able to measure from it next time i build one,the first time is the trickiest....for that reason i now have near 20 foragers

B O R
its really hard to figure out a price for a forager build until you actually build one and this one is far from easy to figure out and build, but now i think id be safe to base the 525 model on the same time scale to work out a price so thats another new holland model added to my collection,i cant wait now to get the 7810 as new hollands forager brochures feature ford tractors heavily

FordTractorCrazy
what a beauties, glad you made some New Hollands. Love the red 719, a small step to the 718 now , one day that will be added to my collection for sure..
B O R
obviously the red model involves extra work as the pickup has to be sprayed seperate and then added afterwards, the 819 would be a high capacity machine

B O R
according to the yellow 719 and 819 brochure the both machines had the same size pick up as this would be understandable, but the 719 measures 8ft4in with pickup and the 819 measures 8ft11in so the difference in width is in the machine so ive allowed for this by scaling down both measurements and the 719 model is slightly narrower thwn the 819 model, its just a couple of mm but important in the models,,,,ive had this model in mind now for some time and had the pickups built a few weeks ago and had all the scaling down of sizes and decals ordered in january as its nice to have the decal ready when the model is built..........another pic on a jd that is being delivered this weekend
Deere-est
Having seen a shed full of these foragers at a customers' farm this past maize season and a loacl contractor running these before the Jag 695 superseded them; it's lovely to see them made in 1/32 and by someone with your skill too.
