CJ Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 So is that farming company an enterprise of the owner of Glamis Castle CJ I belive so Bill, the earl of strathmore although he takes nothing to do with the day to day running of the place, i think the foreman told me the entire estate extends to 36500 acres and the farming company works 3500 with 1000 - 1500 ewes, 800 head of cattle bread out of highland x semi mental cows, 12500 pigs in total and 2000 acres arable, an impressive place if i would love to come across a 500 + acre unit up around there i would be happy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
