  • 3 weeks later...

things were quiet for a while but starting to pick up now, unfortunately im at college now  >:( but theres always half days and saturdays  ;D contractor only has 4 drivers including himself and with 3 combi balers and 2 1 combine (wee 1503 dropped a valve n put a piston out) dosnt leave many spare drivers  :D they manage to slack a driver for mowing but wee seem to be rowing the bulk of it  :) then with most contractors into hedge cutting and cereals we get some added work, i had to ted a bit for neighbours, overkill to say the least, 135 on 4 star claas  8)

nice pics sir. that krone rake i was on yest is some curse, a boi that works for the rakes owner mangled it round a telegraph pole ???::)???::)???>:( >:( flipping tube! rake had to be straightened with a bit of heat and healthly persuasion, she now doesnt rake great though, misses bits all the time, you have to go real slow with high revs but that then lumps the grass >:( >:(

:D :D sh*t happens, uncle did that one year only bent one arm and we;ve carried a spare ever since, aswell as a spare wheel, havent bent an arm since 9touch wood) and only had one flat  ::):D i keep her on high revs anyway  ::)

I do like your pictures Wee nash, there is something about the McCormicks that appeals to me, they do seem to be closer to the old Internationals than their Case counterparts  :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

i cant really fault them myself although i wont say there anywhere near the best on the market, dont like the newer cases as there blue in there blood  :D
