self propelled turnip harvester

hi thought some of you would like to see this its one of our customers he never uses it as its too large and a pain to move on the road quicker with a tractor and harvester its been parked up for as long never seen it moved or going looks cool though

couldn't get any more photos as too close too wall and machines up side of it

Fearn at Redford farm up the garvock hill laurencekirk he says its more hassle to move than a tractor and harvester and takes as long to empty you just keep moving with the tractor harvester combo shame cause id like to see this working cant remember how much its done but it ain't alot

Believe this is an ex Kettle Produce machine.

Base machine is a Horsch Terra Trac 350, originally a carrot harvester.  believe two sorts of harvester, one that lifts from the tops and one that lifts the roots.

Also heard these machines used to travel from north to south carrot havesting for the multiples, season going from July to March - I am sure Marky and the Vegge folk can fill in the rest.

Correction in edit:

Machine is and ASA Lift (Denmark) on the Horsch skid unit.
