The Tractor Twitcher
Very impressive build for such a small scale, great detail incorporated Ian. Looking forward to seeing more from you in this scale.
Agrium
Thanks Guys im convinced this scale would be much more popular, if it had some good old british models available, just like 1/32 scale. Lots more Diorama available too.

Agrium
used 1mm rod in 1.5mm tube. I've made them as static beams, for show. When the trailer isn't tipped, just take them out. I think this is a little small for working rams...
Smithy140
well it looks great so all that fiddling paid off them rams look fine too
Tractorman810
very nice ian, thats impressive work , i tried a bit for thomas and never again, fingers are to fat :D , on the rams?? try some ally rod for the inners, they do it that small, as i use it for bits it works really well for small rams, and doesnt bend like the palstic rod,
masseyjack590
brilliant job 1:32 is small enough but 1:87 thats tiny

Agrium
I've a project Im doing for me at the moment, but, as always, if enough people ask, you never know. 3 advantages of 1:87 1) Models are cheaper 2) They take up less room 3) Loads of HO Scale Diorama
griffithsbros
i thought you were supposed to start small and get bigger you know your good at the hobbie when you can scratchbuild that small , well done

Agrium
Push off Buckrake. you know what my first scene will be I guess. Be good to have a silage clamp, tractor with trailer tipped and a JD on the clamp with the buckrake extended. Probably fit it all on an A4 size dispaly, with clamp, gates, Diesel tank etc. Long way to go yet. Anybody else fancy a 'Desktop scene'
colin
yeah Ian i bought some 1/87 models to make a diaorama, but then got sick of it, but i might start it again \
