Pete
On a farm of 2-250 acres do they just use a mixture of discs and drags or is there an implement to suit the price range of a small unit ???
The Tractor Twitcher
My Uncle uses this 4 metre KRM cultivator drill behind a New Holland TM140 to establish crops using a minimum cultivations system on a very similar acreage to the one you quote up in Dalby Forest Pete, other than this he has a second hand set of trailed disc harrows, although does retain the services of a 5 furrow reversible Dowdeswell plough for contracting and should the need arise on his own land. Hope this is of some interest and help. http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h141/walterderwent/DSC02762.jpg
