Tractorman810
to take it off just drill the rivets out and it comes off, personally i have never refitted them the way they are from new, as i tend to make them up and over or swing opeining after, and i cut the infills out of the frame and mesh them to

Tractorman810
only way i could think of would be fill the holes where the rivets come out on both the trailer and tailgate , then refit the tailgate with a small nail or simialr as the piviot, wont be needed on the rams as that will just slide out and back in
05rich
to put it back on, put the side you drilled on the rivet on the inside of the trailer with a dab of glue basically put it back on the wrong way round and put a dab of glue on the bit inside the trailer , in my opinion it looks tidier that way ;)
