nick henton
hi Tris that is a farm made mod for when it pulls on to the weighbridge its so it don't fill the office with smoke you know what the scanias are like!!!! i don't want the HSE down the farm because you know what they are like that's my excuse anyway ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Deere-est
A very cleverly thought out explanation it is too, Nick!! I forgot they are left hand drive
BC
Here is a left footer which is used in conjunction with a drilling rig for boring holes etc under roads. Drilling fluids mud and pumps etc are in the back and the rig is pulled behind in a trailer.
nick henton
hi BC that looks a very smart rig and 530BHP on tap as well its an unusual combination because usually it would be the plant bed on the lorry and then the generator as a trailed unit behind i like that!!!! what sort of materials could i use for the air lines on my convo just to make it look proper any ideas?? regards nick
BC
Yes it is a fair beast Nick. Suzie lines I heard folk using the coloured telephone wire and wrapping them round a nail to create the coil effect. Here is another local T cab with double drive. Not really looked after very well by the driver but then again he is doing wood work ;)
nick henton
hi BC thanks for that mate that topline T cab is a beast as well looks like the driver has had a close call with a tree or something hard when i worked on the landfill i used to get one like that with a big 120 cu yd ejector trailer that had 580BHP as well that used to get battered as well the lorry was two weeks old and he smashed the font steel bumper off and broke both lots of lights i did have some pics but it was a nice mess!!!! regards nick
