BC
I see Taylors Auctions are holding another toy auction tomorrow. I have had a look through but there are not any Britain's to take my fancy so I don't think I will bother attending. There is also a vintage working Day at Davoit near Inverness tomorrow and then a working event on Sunday at Forrester Country Park, Pitdinnie Farm, Cairneyhill, Fife. Depending on weather I think I might just have a look down to the one in Fife since I have never been to it before. http://www.scotlands-treasures.co.uk/acatalog/Images_Toy_Sale_Images___18th_September_2010_6.html
Andy
An interesting sale there Bill. Some rare pieces too, albeit not too many Britains.
BC
Yes Andy if I had more time I would like to attend but with no Britain's I need better employed at home I think. Taylors ain't cheap on comission either. They take 20% comission plus AVt so thats £ 23.50 on a £ 100 purchase. Not sure what they take from the sellor.
