StapelOpFordson brochure collection -- latest additions

Recommended Posts

Thanks Niels, I don't know for sure who build these tractors. When looking into the brochures Ford is the only name mentioned. The four wheel drive was an option on these tractors, so there could have been two wheel drive versions too. Both brochures are published by the german Ford factory in Koln.

Very nice collection there and great variety.  Did Ford issue a brochure for the European market when the Ford 7810 Silver Jubilee was launched?  I am aware that a one page, two sides brochure was issued in the UK i believe. Still searching for one though and i understand that they are very difficult to find. Any idea how many brochures were issued?

Thanks JK. I have never seen a non-UK silver jubilee 7810 brochure. What I do know that it is on top of my wish list of the newer brochures ;D  ;D  ;D . And yes it is very hard to find an when it's for sale on Ebay (mostly) you pay at least 150 euros for two pages........ :- . I have no idea how many were issued, over the last ten years I saw about 5 for sale on Ebay.

Thank you for the reply. Yeah scarce all right, "as scarce as hen’s teethâ€.   I understand from what I have read that approx. 150 tractors were produced but I would suspect that there were many more brochures than that issued.

Ronald

You can't believe how badly I want those Ford 7095 brochures! Super tractors and super rare brochures I would imagine, never been offered or seen either of them before.

Nice brochures, Ronald! Some never seen before.

Was the belgian Ford 5000 conversion brochures issued by Ford or EVA? Can you show us the backside.

Keep them coming, those special ones.

Thanks Jack, the french 4wd is published by Ford the belgian 6 cylinder is published by EVA. See the picture below:

  • 1 month later...

After a month with no new additions finally a new one. A nice Roadless 98 brochure. Take a look at the 'new' exhaust, they only used brand new tractors for these brochure photos I think.....

Thanks Rory, as far as I know there are four dedicated American Ford 5000 Super Major brochures with the typical white bonnet. See below, still looking for the last black and white version. To be exact to counter is on 1230 tractor brochures, almost 2.000 ;)

When you mean the latest New Holland brochures, no. My collection 'ends' in 1994, after that the Ford logo disappeared from the tractors and brochures. For me that's the end of the true blue.

And last but certainly not least a very nice brochure about the 4RU conversion of the Ford 5000 made by Selene. To be honest I didn't knew that Selene had made a version with four equal wheels, I knew them only of the standard 4wd conversions. I added all four pages, because it is interesting to see, I think...
