The tourguide where so enthausiastic about our intrest that in the end of the tour whe had to hurry to see the workers finish a tractor (didnt see it at the end but the men explained how it worked verry good!) Maybe in September i go back to the factory there where a man on our trip that asked me for providing some films and for translation while whe have the tour! :D He even want´s to pay me for it and the trip is for free for me! :D

Lord Ferguson
Ah I see... was it an MF based quiz mate If so.... what were the questions
Johny mf
It was mate i think if you where whit us you had won it! Here are the questions i had. 1. Who invented the 3 point hitch 2. Wich brands are curently made in the MF factory in Beauvais 3.How many Dealers and service points has MF in the Netherlands . 4. How many years dous the brand name MF exists. 5. Witch type of tractor where the first tractor the role of the production line at Beauvais Factory. So i think you had them al good No Price to win any more but these where the questions. Barry
1. Who invented the 3 point hitch - Who did invent it? Harry Ferguson Patented it, but who actually invented it?
Lord Ferguson
Well Johnny.... without looking it all up.... I'm going to guess..... 1. Harry Ferguson 2. Tough one.... Agco-Allis now finished ? - I'd say just MF and Iseki now then 3. Not a clue... It use to be one dealer.... but how many service points I've not got a flipping clue mate... FAIL ! :'( 4. Since 1958.... 53 then 5. The MF825.. or MF25 if you like.... Good questions mate.... I hope I've answered at least one correctly
Johny mf
1.question is indeed Harry Ferguson 2nd MF Valtra Iseki and Chalenger 3rd it where about 135 i thougt (not sure any more because at the time i knew now not sure) 4th 1958 indeed at the factory the say the brand name MF is released 1957 5th is also indeed the MF 825 Harry Ferguson invented indeed the 3point linkage. He let the system first build up on Ferguson Brown tractors and later a agreement were made whit Henry Ford to build the Ford 9N tractor whit the ferguson system. Later on Ford used the Ferguson system whitout premision of Harry Ferguson and Harry did sue Henry ford and started the Ferguson tractor company in Coventry to build the legendery TE20 Short version of the story of course
