DMarshallModels Posted August 3, 2011 Share Posted August 3, 2011 i am thinking of building a MF 3680..(i am building one). im going break a mf 3080 for the cab and use the britains bonnet which i will respray. BUT! I need some expert help on which chassis to use in this build. so any massey experts could be kind to help me out.. i will fit her with front linkage and maybe pma rear..mayB i say.. so help would be great. Johny mf Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 Wel i used the britains chasis for my 3690 and i cut of the front axle and placed an Joal frontaxle back. Paul Palmer Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 i used the original britains 3680 chassis,a resin cast of the ros cab from sean,and a uh renault 836 wheels and tyres,i did have inacuracys with the front axle position,perhaps use a chassis with a slightly longer wheelbase than the britains one,also the floorpan was from sean as well Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
