MuirHillyBilly Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 I like him, very tidy little beast, good effort mate, love the wheels especially. A good little shunting tractor for the yard Quote
case 1056xl mad Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 looks good, thoses wheels really beef it up and everybody has to start somewhere Quote
Johny mf Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 The wheels look spot on this way! Just a nice start for converting model keep them coming! Regards Johny Quote
The Tractor Twitcher Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Lovely little tractor you've created there, looks very nice on those wheels. Quote
bruny Posted August 31, 2011 Author Posted August 31, 2011 thankyou guys.check out my first implement conversion Quote
Steve P Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Yea i agree very nice little 2120, i do think the original boots on the Britains little Ford and Massey 362 looks too small, makes them look like one of them little french or italian vineyard things. Quote
justy 46 Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Sould make it a 4610 or 4630 now to top it off. Not a bad try. Quote
Iangalloway Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Got one of these coming this week and was thinking of doing a 4630 Quote
justy 46 Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Got one of these coming this week and was thinking of doing a 4630 If you got a front grill from a Britains 5610 & decals from D Towse,id say thats all you would need. The cab might need a bit of altering too maybe. But it would be a good conversion & something different for a change. ;)I think the 2120 always looked a bit too big by Britains. Its the same size as their MF 362 . The Ford 4630 & MF 362 in reality were in the same power bracket anyway. Around 62HP for the MF & 64HP for the Ford. Quote
MJB1 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 got to say never given this model much more than a passing glance before , a the cab looked too tall & out of scalem , but the tyres have made a difference to it might want to get a topper on the back as they look ideal as lgp tyres , they wouldn't leave much of a foot print, well done ! think the roof might be too small to need 2 beacons though Quote
An Interested Spectator Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Bruny, What are the tyres you have used from please ? Looks good. Adie Quote
bruny Posted September 4, 2011 Author Posted September 4, 2011 thankyou for all comments guys.the wheels i used are off a siku massey ferguson i got from the carboot,it was nackered so stripped it for spares, im currently making a trailer to suit the it at the moment so stay tuned to see what it is Quote
