this model took some 30 hours of measuring,scaling down and studying before doing a thing,my pics show just 2 of many exploded drawings of the parts manual,i was very well armed with info and knowledge before i began,i spent near 15 years working at spuds and this diarama was personal

the reason we never see any high quality potato gear is because of the time involved in the making,as ive said about 13 days in this destoner build itd cost £1300 to make and then theres the planter at £350.the ridger at £75.,the tiller at £225,the stonefork at £50,the front fertiliser attachment at £225 before bags,telehandler,trailer,spuds,tractor conversions etc etc etc.......................................it goes on and on

That is some truly amazing work! They are so amazingly detailed and well built. You really couldn't have done a better job. A great topic you've made too being able to see the diorama, all the close up details and the drawings. Do you have any plans for future models or are you having a long well deserved break?

the wheels on the fendt came from henri walker,ive plans for many many more models in the future,i may even exploit this planting a bit further,there is room for another destoner and another tiller to keep the planter busy..... below is the real reekie reliance.....
