robbo
There was an article in Model farmer a couple of issues ago with a step by step guide on how to do it and what to look out for, it was spread out over 2 issues but I will have a look through my back issues when I can get them out and you will be able to buy therm through the forum shop. Andy
Indeed, in fact my father-in-law to be built the TM. He hadn't built a SCALedown kit before so was a little nervous and aprehensive, although in the end, made a brilliant job. As Mike said, there was an article written about the build in Model Farmer. Issues 5 and 6 I think.
chris.watson
for anyone thats interested in these models, heres my tm 135 from spalding with dowdeswell plough. it was already built and cost £200, which wasnt to bad as the kits, tools and paint would have come to that amount and then i would have to assemble it. plus, as i have never built one, it woudnt look as good as this. the detail is amazing, whoever built this really new what they were doing. have posted pics as there isnt many on this forum of this model yet. rgds, chris.
