Niels
Bill, I came across a large quantity of agricultural related bags when I was clearing out and kept them seperate for you. Have you got any interest in them? (Or anyone else for that matter).
BC
Oh yes Niel's as the Churchill dog would say ...always interested. smithy
Clad to see i:m not the only one to collect carrier bags BC ,allow the wife thinks i:m strange here is a picture of 5 bags my mate gave to me over the weekend he was going to put them in the bin
BC
Well Smithy some folk seem to think I really had lost the plot when I started collecting these a few years back. I did not start collecting agricultural related bags but more so bags of establishments in Aberdeen or the shire had closed down, been taken over or gone to the wall etc. I see it as preseving past history in my area. In addition the collection does not take up a lot of space unlike my collection or real tractors, Britains and Border Fine Arts and has grown from bags further away that just Aberdeenshire
smithy
Most of my bags are agricultural related and don't take up much room like you say but I have got at least 3 draws full . I also got pens with agri names on ,them things you can squeeze with agri names on (stress balls) a few tax discs from tractors we have owned in the past and one or two other nick-nack items
BC
Some folk would say you are a hoarder (like some folk call me) but I would describe you as a collector of memorabilia like myself
