catkom3
I noticed this big Massey, 8000 series I think, working at the side of the road this afternoon, pulling what looks like a Kverneland subsoiler, the field had a lot of standing water in it,but he did seem to be handleing it ok,untill I came back half an hour later, when he was upto his axles, I would have loved to have stayed to see them pull that out,but had to move on, Regards, Joe. catkom3
The only wet field in the UK!!!!! If only that were true Bazz, most of the fields around here are like that, and it's been a fairly dry Winter this year, plus that particular field is only 2 / 300 mtrs from Loch Leven,so only a few feet above the water table, Regards Joe. jdc
Probably hoping breaking it up would help it dry out. Still wet here too but was travelling with fertiliser today.

Guest
when i was a tractor driver in the 80s what ever you did , every one around for miles would get a report on this from an old farmer who used to delight in telling on you in those days we only had 80hp tractors & one big 100hp -- MFs & Fords rule the land no JDeers allowed
