BC
Since attending the DMR event in Fife last month I have been emailed a lot of photos from Henry Pirie from Pitmedden in Aberdeenshire who I have known for around 30 odd years from the vintage rallies but never actually knew he was into old photo graphs. First 10 Clayson 103 combines at Cairnhill Tarves on 22/08/1966 the farm of Lindsay G Cook a local farmer and contractor Then Henry driving a MF 780 Special at Downies in Aberdeenshire in the late 1970's Last circa 2004/ 2005 before Henry retired he was fixing these combines at Nethertulloch, Oldmeldrum in Aberdeenshire. BC
Now some of the older working combines I have taken over the past 5 years. The oldest one I have seen this year was a small Volvo BM reg ESO 679F circa 1968 cutting corn on a small croft between Kintore and Kemnay.
