Stabliofarmer
This is a Firewood processor based on the one made by Ryetec. First of is the real thing Which became this prototype Which became this pile of plastic Which became this nearly finished model Now what's left to do is: Add a few more coats of green, then paint all the parts that should be orange, then add control levers on the control panel ,add the pto and hydraulic pipes and maybe build a conveyor for the side

Deere-est
I like this one, James!! I really must get back to the model bench and build a Palax. I like the sound of your yard, I'd live a timber yard as a model layout.

Stabliofarmer
I'm now making another piece of equipment from ryetec which is their 22ton contractors log splitter. This is what ive made so far Features include rotating log table for smaller logs and a winch with grapple for moving heavier ones You may notice there's no splitter ram which is because I've mislaid it. You can however see it in this earlier photo which also shows the firewood processor with all the leavers in place. Thanks for looking and tell us what you think.
