MF-ROB
Top work there Gary some nice stuff you have been a busy man like the JD3350 with front linkage
the bear
Thanks Robert this is just a few of the John Deeres that I have done, I also like the 3350 but unfortunately it was for a customer so I couldn't keep it for myself
Jdeere6910
Some great conversions there Gary especially the ones in the first 3. Do you think you could make a Wiking JD with a 6 post cab?
the bear
I done a Wiking 6930 for a customer and he wanted the middle post so I used a thin strip of gloss black graphic paper, to do it right would take a lot of time and from a distance the gloss black graphic paper doe's the trick. bluegreen
Ive got a 7930 in bits that I was planning to put Siku 8360R wheels and tyres on, from the side view your 7930 convo looks ace but personally I would try and narrow the wheel track quite a bit more when I eventually get round to doing it, which Im sure wont be straightforward .........................but some nice efforts in your collection all the same
the bear
Yes maybe they do sit out a tad too much but compared to the way Britain's have them I think it's a big improvement, but the next one that I convert I will set them in slightly more to see what it will look like but in saying that all the people that I have done these 7930's for are more than happy. Cheers, GARY.

Jdeere6910
Got to say the more I look at the R series, the more I think they are ugly :/ Great conversion work though Gary, I'm very tempted by a 6930 with front links. Will have to have a think
the bear
I tend to agree with you about the r series, I think its because we are so used looking at the 10/20/30 series deere's which are all beautiful tractors in their own way, but I do love the look of the 7280r. Send me a PM with what you would like fitted to a 6930 and I will price it up for you. Cheers, GARY.
Guest
Mrs 590 says stop trying to temp me with your wares mate i m driving her made with look at these look , & then look at these tractors --
the bear
I went to a farm toy display show earlier this year and there was this young guy about 14 came over to me and asked how much the tractors were, when I told him his mother said do you really need another tractor, long story short the son and mother bought a tractor each from me that day, so maybe Mrs 590 would also like a John Deere, I could do you a matching pair, ha ha!. Cheers, GARY.
