bluegreen
I decided after the success of a modest convo to create an 200hp NH T7.250 that I would introduce a second NH T7 model to pull my recently built new Rapeseed drill.............I had noticed this spring that there are now a few of the T7.270s knocking about now so I was looking for some inspiration to give the model a bit of character. First up the cab roof needed some activity so an radio aerial and a two way comms radio aerial have been attached along with a GPS receiver nicked off a UH T6090
bluegreen
Next up was the front weight which to be fair to ROS is pretty good, however I had seen two NHs locally that had attached other weights to an "A" frame arrangement (see below) soI fitted the ROS A frame which isn't as easy as it should be and once I had that in place I set to work and fitted a carry bar and then glued an old centrepiece weight to it. bluegreen
Following on from the tractor with wafer weights either side of the main weight I decided to go down that road but I wanted to give them a bit of blue heritage so out came the blue paint pot

bluegreen
You would have liked today then Paul as this stunning rig was working a mile up the road planting some maize..........................hopefully someone will make a version of it so I can marry it up to my 8360R next year. I will be adding some more touches to the T7 tomorrow.

bluegreen
Added the rear wheelweights tonight which were a perfect fit, I will dust over the tyres and maybe add a couple of other little items at a later date. The front weights on the model are similar enough to the T7030 in the realsize picture and all I need to do now is sneak into the tractor shed where the 7030 parked and spray the outside wafers with some blue paint
bluegreen
And here are some more of the tractor hitched upto the rapeseed drill rig.................................And I must say the ROS rear hitch is perfect for this as it lifts it up to the right height and angle as you can see The Siku JD8360 hitch is rubbish in comparison and most shockingly I couldn't even get this UH implement to fit onto the UH MF7624 and of course major surgery is required to fit the rig onto a Wiking hitch unless I buy an adaptor which would mean its half a mile behind the tractor so the decision to go with a ROS NH wasn't that difficult. And the final picture was my main inspiration and was taken at a local 5000ac farm who have a fleet of JDs but also a pair of NH T7000s to keep the dealers on their toes no doubt the new T7.270 was pulling a Sumo trio and made up a nice rig. bluegreen
No I don't think so, I like the open look shed as you can see whats there and space is at a premium.......................................perhaps one day if I can create a better living arrangement I might be encouraged to expand it but right now the MDF yard and open shed will have to suffice
Jdeere6910
Top work on the NH the little things really do make the model. You will have to do a fleet profile
