BC
The 15th road run will take place today leaving from the Grampain Transport Museum at Alford and heading towards the square at Ballater for a lunchtime stop. I plan to see them assemble then get out in front and find a suitable location preferably on a hill where they are climbing and going slower. I was in past Stuart yesterday and he was putting the final touches on his recently refurbished Peterbilt recovery motor which he is driving on the run and two other drivers are taking his two long nosed Mercedes. BC
A dull and cold day at Alford for the start and the burger van ran out of bacon but well I was not really worried other than the fact it delayed the start to the road run.

BC
The run was due to commence at 9.30 am but the burger van man subcontracted to another who ran out of bacon. A quick dash to the local COOP rectified that but delayed the start of the run which was heading to Ballater for a lunchtime stop at the Square and burgers from Sheridan the butcher.
