Paul Palmer
started a little bit on the 1135,siku 2150 bonnet loose fitted, using the britains exhaust, the siku exhaust has a flat black base, not right, glazing took out of the britains cab because it has jcb decals on the glass that are not the right type of decal for the 2150,i will reglaze the cab and get the right decals,it is exactly the same decal but without the laurels around the jcb lettering, also the cab frame will be painted black, mirrors to be added and indicator/sidelights will be added,as will cab grab rails and a front weight holder and front weights, the dimensions of the 1135 and 2150 are very similiar, the wheelbase of the two in the real world is exactly the same, height of the 2150 is taller than the 1135 and in 1/32 scale is 2.5mm so i can live with that, also the 2150 is not as long as the 1135,again only by 2.5mm in 1/32 scale, again barely noticable

Paul Palmer
well a good bit of news for this model, the jcb fastrac area sales guy ive been getting all my info from has emailed me this morning and said the very first run of these did have these jcb decals on the glass and back of the cab but only for a very very short run,so thats good enough for me,saves me having to reglaze the cab,i only need one decal now on the back of the cab, where i have painted it black, but again the weather is glorious today,so thats it for today,im off out,but here are some pics, still a bit to do to it,but nearly there, just indicator/sidelights to do and a light weathering

Paul Palmer
Looking good , why the change to a 2150 from the 1135 though ? because the siku 2150 is an awful model, and the 1135 is a good base to convert from a 1135 to a 2150,i still have a 1135,have a look at a siku 2150,you will see what i mean.awful awful model
