Will be used for parts for mine and replace the elevator as mine was involved in a crash couple years ago. Hopefully get it going for next summer We used to have thread called "Hedgerow Heroes and Forgotten Friends" and this looks like it belongs in there, that is some project 🤔 1 Quote

Anderson Agri Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Trip up to Weston Super mare this morning to collect a pair of side panels for my Leyland 285. Came off a 2100 patience has paid off to get a correct set with the extra chin piece. This winters project hopefully to get it sorted and back to what it should be 👌 Quote
Anderson Agri Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Also took the ed40 down to local apple fair in the next village alongside a few tractors, did have a go with cultivator but it was far too wet and still haven't got to the bottom of the slipping clutch issue. Think it's the PTO hand clutch Quote
Anderson Agri Posted November 30 Author Posted November 30 Finally got around to sorting my Allis Rotobaler, as you can see it was badly damaged after being involved in a crash back in 2021, and after 3 years finally finding a replacement elevator it was time to sort. Instead of disassembly we trialed loading it on the trailer with blocks. It works very well ask takes 20 minutes to load/unload. This was a bit of a trial run to take one to Malvern in Feb, all stripped down this afternoon and rebuilt using the new elevator. Just need to swap a few pulleys over that are worn from a breaker machine I have and generally go through it to make sure it's alright and get in working condition 1 Quote
Anderson Agri Posted November 30 Author Posted November 30 7710 has been with a friend recently hauling cider apples to his farm for pressing, some photos of it at work. Plus his harvesting setup on a Hydro-84 international with Tuthill Temperley harvester 3 Quote
Anderson Agri Posted November 30 Author Posted November 30 And finally some photos of that white stuff, not something we often get down south! First time in about 7 years always makes for nice photos. Got a phone call saying a gritter was stuck on the hill up the road so went and pulled it out with the Marshall didn't do bad for 2wd and loaded 💪 2 1 Quote
