Sprayer Weathering

Question

Posted

Hi

Does anyone have any hints on how to weather a self propelled sprayer, I was watching this video which features a Berthoud Boxer (from approx 4:20) and looks to be quite dirty.  Would it be a residue from the chemicals which has created the effect?

Also attached a photo with similar (though lighter) weathering.  Would there be something I could use from the Mig range to recreate it?

Cheers!

Got to agree. You see some of the weathering on modes on fb and ebay it's like they've gone crazy. I think a little looks better and lot more like the real thing.
